NB: Ormai è noto a tutti... se si mangia troppo spesso fuori casa si mettono a rischio linea e salute. I piatti preparati nei ristoranti sono quasi sempre più calorici, carichi di grassi di dubbia qualità (a voler essere buoni) e a volte abbondanti (con conseguenze ovvie), altre volte troppo scarsi (costringendoci a mangiare pane e grissini). Ma soprattutto non sappiamo dove vengono comprati gli ingredientri con cui li preparano... Un trucco per raggiungere il peso forma? Cercare il più possibile di fare colazione, pranzare e cenare a casa. Non lo penso solo io, ma esistono studi che dimostrano che nei bar e nei ristoranti, mediamente, c'è un consumo eccessivo di grassi e carboidrati, a scapito di vitamine, proteine e minerali. Le ricerche? Come ha riscontrato una ricerca condotta su otto mila persone dalla City University of New York, rispetto a chi mangia spesso a casa propria (o di amici), chi durante la settimana mangia sei o più volte in una trattoria o ristornate o – peggio – in un bar, ha più spesso problemi di peso. Si stima nell’arco di alcuni anni è facile accumulare anche quattro o cinque chili solamente a causa di questa cattiva abitudine.
